At Porter’s, you can quite literally build the night you’d love to attend. We’re a blank canvas for creatives, whether you fancy pouring pints behind the bar, put on a night no one’s thought of yet, share your original music, or even stage your own theatre show. We’re up for it.
We believe art brings people together, and we’re committed to keeping culture alive, authentic, and accessible by backing the people who make it.

Our flexible 60-seat basement theatre and adaptable studio space are available to hire year-round—ideal for performances, rehearsals, R&D, meetings, and creative projects of all kinds.

At Porter’s, you can design the night you’d love to attend. Our gig space is a blank canvas, and we even offer free room hire to help bring your ideas to life. We love hosting eclectic events—from Drag D&D sessions to Mario Kart tournaments with a live jazz band.
There are a few slots open in the calendar, so it’s best to book early, as they fill up fast!
Porter’s Presents is one of our regular community-driven events, designed to give anyone the chance to share their work. We remove barriers like cost and logistics by providing free room hire, sound technicians, and promotional support—so you can focus entirely on the creative side of your gig.
